Get involved in this fun, interactive, and dynamic leadership experience created just for you!
EL is a ten week experience designed for first and second-year students interested in personal growth and leadership development. The program introduces you to leadership through activities, adventures, discussions, and a retreat.

Requirements of EL
- Students must attend all 10 sessions for the full 2 hour time period from 4-6pm.
- Students must be able to attend the overnight retreat
The number of students in a group is kept to a comfortable size in order to make it more personable. We will offer 2 sessions in the spring. The topics are the same for each, however, one group will meet on Wednesdays and the other meets on Thursdays. Students must apply and selection is based on a first come first serve basis.

APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE IN CSIL (Room 219, Plemmons Student Union) or at The Expo on August 24th (during Phase 2 Orientation)
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE TO CSIL about a week after school starts in the fall.
Applicants must sign-up for an interview when turning in their application
